Eu cheguei a dizer que iria postar minha interpretação para essa música, mas desisti de fazê-lo. Vou simplesmente postá-la por que desde que a ouvi pela primeira vez no distante ano de 1991, eu me senti diferente sem saber do significado dela. Já lí as coisas mais estranhas sobre essa música e sabe o que é pior? Todas, de alguma forma, fizeram sentido. Recentemente numa conversa, ouvi que o U2 poderia ter pendurado as chuteiras depois de tê-la escrito e que mesmo assim entraria para história por ela. Essa música fala mais de mim do que eu gostaria. Mas no fim da coisa toda eu ainda sou UM, só não sou o mesmo...
